We are looking for CNC Operators in Belgium

You will be offered monthly contracts via Randstad. After a duration of 4 months, you can be offered a permanent contract directly with the company.

Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00 from Sunday evening until Friday morning
Weekend shift: 2 shifts of 12 hours
From Saturday 06:00 until 18:00
From Sunday 06:00 until 18:00
weekdays on 2 shifts: Monday - Friday one week.

● Night shift:

gross hourly salary between €/hour and €/hour for really experienced operators + shift bonus 3.2291€/hour = 19+ euros
● Weekend shift:

€24,80/hour +shift bonus of 1,1794 euro/per hour for the morning and late shift = 25,9 euros/per hour
● 2 shifts

gross hourly salary between €/hour and €/hour for really experienced operators + shift bonus 1,1794 euro/per hour €/hour = 17,58 euro per hour

We can provide temporary housing if necessary. The cost will be 125 euro per week, incl. electricity, water, gas and internet.

Meal vouchers of 8€ per worked day;

Job Description

The CNC operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines:
- You will be responsible for operating CNC machines.
- You follow up the process through measurements and
perform dimensional corrections.
- You change tools at the end of tool life (milling,
tipping, drilling, etc.).
- You are responsible for the first-line maintenance of
your CNC machine.
- You supply the machines.
- You carry out quality checks using a caliper and
micrometer.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience as a CNC operator in the metal industry
- Minimum level of B2 English
- Experience in doing quality control with the following instruments: caliper, micrometer
- Experience in reading and understanding technical drawings
- Experience with Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc is a big plus
