• With the support NOVARES SKILL CENTERS, define the product concept compliant with customer specification and cost target
• By using NOVARES product and process guidelines, build the 3D CAD datas of the product
• Attend to customer meetings to present and justify NOVARES design
• Perform Design FMEA and define the key characteristic list
• Build the 2D drawings and the BOM
• Attend to product and process design reviews to ensure that process requirements are integrated in the product design
• Follow the product validations and the CAE activities. In case of nonconformity, suggest product design improvement
• To reach product dimensional conformity, follow the dimensional measurement and build a product tuning plan
• At the end of the project, perform the engineering lesson learned

• 35 years of experience in the automotive market with acquisition of plastic part injection development skills
• Able to use CATIA V5 software to design a complex plastic part
• Ability to work in a project team with autonomy, positive energy and team spirit
• English (written and oral);
