Job Description

Main objective of the job:

• Offers support to the HR Payroll Specialist role.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Screening of incoming orders with lower complexity, processing, editing or forwarding the same within ones dedicated topic area according to defined work instructions;
• Administration and maintenance of all relevant data with lower complexity in the corresponding IT systems for the topic of expertise (ie.: ensure quality and follow up on quality issues incl. solution finding, outline of system issues in time management systems);
• Support of the Payroll Specialist in various payroll and time & attendance topics;
• Answering simple requests from the Front Office concerning HR Payroll;
• Execution of Quality Checks for the payroll and time&attendance process;
• Work within defined quality framework;
• Continuous process optimization in cooperation with the HR service experts;
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfills any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

Studies:

• Currently enrolled in a superior educational institute (University/Master)
• High school Diploma

Knowledge and Skills:

• Language:  English - advanced level;
• Operating skills PC: MS OFFICE;
• Empathetic in the conversation with customer and selection of a suitable conversational structure;
• Ability to organization, rigor, fairness, punctuality, accuracy in preparing the documents;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Continuous orientation towards solutions;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Curiosity for the continuous improvement of knowledge specific to the field of activity.
