Job role The senior commercial service manager has various duties related to financial oversight and control within the function This includes responsibilities such as budgeting and financial planning tracking and reporting on expenses ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and providing financial analysis to support decision making and P&L The candidate will also be a central point of contact for Project Managers advising on financial planning approval processes as well as to various other stakeholders such as controlling PMO and senior leadership This position is a senior role requiring independent management of tasks with minimal supervision a highly proactive working style with attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders What You Do Maintain continuously improve tracking for all FTEs in the department with corresponding funding billing assumptions customer project central funding billing via service joiners leavers based on information from Team Leads Proactively seek information from stakeholders ensure proper governance finance PPM topics Maintain further improve tracking all financials Line Cost Center Profit Centers scope comparing SAP plan actuals forecasting analysing any deviations plan respective high quality reporting Senior Management Excel PPT dashboards e.g Power BI Identify manage any financial risks provide respective recommendations Senior Management Monitor required PPM bookings resources department implement controls efficient follow up process timely accurate PPM bookings regular basis Create provide finanacial analyses reports dashboards various stakeholders adhoc monthly quarterly yearly base Support project managers finanacial calculations tools processes Ensure accurate documentation reporting consistent basis Collaborate build interface all stakeholders involved EndtoEnd process Project Managers Procurement Functional Controllers Service Managers Senior Management
