    The Avantor Business Centre in Timpuri Noi, Bucharest

    This position is a temporary cover for a colleague currently on maternity leave, with an duration of two years.

    What We Are Looking For

    Several years of experience in a customer centred role (preferable B2B business services)
    Strong base in English (B2) and fluent in Romanian
    Strong interpersonal & communication skills for professional customer interaction
    Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (preferably SAP) & Microsoft Office
    Structured, detail-oriented approach with problem-solving skills
    Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid setting

    Ensure accurate and timely delivery updates for customers
    Manage purchase orders and swiftly resolve delivery issues
    Respond to inquiries and recommend suitable product alternatives
    Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams across regions
    Track open orders to guarantee prompt shipping and invoicing
    Maintain order records efficiently using SAP
    Generate insights through data analysis in Excel, QlikView, and Power BI
    Drive process improvements and enhance documentation practices
    Support onboarding and training of new team members
