Now the company has opened a contest for a unique position: SENIOR HR GENERALIST in Chisinau, Moldova.

Ø Key requirements for the candidate:

Upper Intermediate level of English or higher

Confident knowledge of personnel legislation in Moldova

Knowledge of HR processes and experience in their implementation

Excellent skills of self-management

Ø Responsibilities

Conducting onboarding and exit interview

Keeping a full cycle of personnel records (hirings, transfers, terminations) and to control such work performed by junior colleagues.

Prepares HR documents: employment contracts, orders, insurance reports, pension reports.

Keeps records on employees vacations, leaves, compensation and cooperate with payroll

Prepares reports for internal managers and for external state control authority

Takes part in the development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and Payroll systems (Workday, 1C)

Communicates with the state authorities
