Job summary
We are looking for a Junior Controller to assist our Internal Accounting & Controlling Department.As a Junior Controller you will make sure the right checks are in place.Key responsibilities include internal operational activities such as archives documents downloading uploading processing accounting documents managing official documents preparing executing payments checking balances handling monthly reconciliation analyzing and managing client supplier requests communicating with suppliers clients providing support in collection activities actively participating in the monthly closing process supporting internal analysis on processes contributing to process improvement automation responding to requests tasks according to company operational needs.Complies with internal procedures legal regulations maintains confidentiality information security collaborates efficiently with company teams provides support group projects participates training sessions professional development activities.Descrierea jobului
