- Verifies and coordinates the product/process changes from plant perspective in collaboration with Change Manager according to the cost goals, due dates, quality requirements and central functions specific requirements;
- Responsible and coordinator for performed tests during implementation of the change (MCO);
- Monitors and tracks the KPIs and ECR/ECO/MCO for the change from Change Management perspective;
- Presents the Change Management process within TUV, customer and internal audits;
- Process partner in case of new projects.
- Bachelor's Degree/studies or vocational training in Technical field;
- Good knowledge of MS-Office and knowledge of analyze method, techniques, processes;
- TeamCenter and / or SAP knowledge;
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage;
- Communication, process oriented thinking and very good analytical and proactivity skills.
