Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Bucharest. As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for supporting the execution of projects regarding contractual rights and obligations arising from contracts for all projects executed in the region.Responsibilities:
- Analyze and obtain a clear understanding of the Main Contract and corresponding Annexes as well as elaborate necessary documentation to support Project Manager on proper understanding of rights and obligations
- Provide contractual analysis guidance linked to events shared by Project team
- Drafting organizing Contractual Notices response to customer Letters or any other notification within project strategy business constraints
