Prohuman APT currently seeking for our client a talented individual to join our team as a Call-Center Agent fluent in both Italian and English.

This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional customer service to our Italian-speaking clients.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Italian and English
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions


Qualifications:
Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
Ability to work independently and efficiently
