Profil recherchA(C) :
- Pour un profil fonctionnel :
- Au moins un an d'expertise dans le domaine fonctionnel de la paie et de l'administration du personnel
- Connaissances fortes de droit du travail et du droit social franA-ais aEUR" constitue un avantage.
- Pour un profil technique :
- La maitrise du langage JavaScript et les compA(C)tences dA(C)butant en BDD constituent un avantage
- ExpA(C)rience dans la configuration ou l'utilisation d'outils Rh ou ERP.
ResponsabilitA(C)s :
Faisant partie d'une A(C)quipe multi compA(C)tence, en fonction de sa spA(C)cialitA(C) (technique/mA(C)tier paie), le consultant aura comme objectif de s'assurer que les A(C)quipes internes
Utilisent et configurent A bon escient les fonctionnalitA(C)s de solutions techniques standard Cegedim SRH.
GA(C)rer les demandes de clarification technico-fonctionnelle liA(C)es au domaine de la paie et autres fonctions RH :
- Confirmer le niveau de criticitA(C) (niveau 1and2 et niveau 3) et prioriser le traitement des urgences ;
- DA(C)tecter les anomalies dans les spA(C)cificitA(C)s clients, proposer une solution ou escalader au prochain niveau ;
- Faire de l'assistance en redirigeant vers la documentation existante ou le service compA(C)tent ;
- Maintenir et amA(C)liorer sa base de connaissance y compris la veille lA(C)gale concernant le domaine de la paie, les bonnes pratiques de paramA(C)trage et les actualitA(C)s technico-fonctionnelles ;
- ImplA(C)menter les mises A jours et corrections conventionnelles pour la livraison mensuelle des releases de software.
Diffusion des connaissances :
- AStre force de proposition sur l'amA(C)lioration des mA(C)thodes et l'A(C)volution des programmes ;
- Participer A l'A(C)laboration de la documentation nA(C)cessaire et tracer en base de connaissances les solutions apportA(C)es.
