Job summary
A Network Engineer with experience working on FTTH networks is required to join our team.
Responsibilities
- 1st Line Operations of Customer Service Request Ticket System.
- In collaboration with 2nd Line Operations teams, work out procedures related to the analysis of alarms in order to detect and eliminate faults.
