- Gestionează și asigură activitățile administrative și de suport ale echipei, ex. completarea și organizarea dosarelor, pregătirea cererilor și a formularelor, creează comenzi si verifică livrările etc.;
- Sprijină managementul de proiect în crearea de rapoarte de proiect, prezentări și documentații;
- Prelucrează date (rapoarte, liste, tabele, etc) și creează analize în colaborare cu specialiștii tehnici;
- Întocmește și întreține documente (ex. prezentări, liste, instrucțiuni, etc.);
- Organizează delegații (ex. planificarea capacităților, coordonarea cu șefii de proiect etc) și se asigură că toate documentele necesare sunt pregătite;
- Întocmește pontajele pentru grupele desemnate, centralizează, întocmește cererile de concedii.
- Studii medii sau superioare finalizate;
- Câțiva ani experiență într-o poziție similară;
- Experiență in domeniul Automotive – reprezintă un avantaj;
- Cunoștințe avansate de prelucrare electronică a datelor - Microsoft Office: Excel;
- Comunicare, lucru în echipă si atenție la detalii, persoană ordonată;
- Cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel avansat este obligatorie.
