Coordination of personnel administration activitiesDrafting of employment documents, contractual changes, dismissal documents
Issue documents, copies, warnings, etc. at the request of employees
Register applications, decisions, and contracts in the internal register
Communicates employment contracts, contractual changes in the employee register
Records in the internal employee administration system the flow of contractual documents between the company and the employee
Prepares statements, analyses, reports related to employees, in an agreed format, using information from different sources
Provides support to department or team managers on personnel situations: timesheets, leave, salary statements, etc.
Payroll
Enter timesheets, leave, sick leave, and other useful payroll documents
Liaises with heads of departments and services to ensure correct calculation of salaries
Makes salary calculations on time
Provides reports to management regarding payroll
Submits specific reports to state institutions
In Romanian Office (str George Constantinescu, nr, district 1) 2 days minimum.
