YOUR TASKS
Ensure the accuracy and in-time release of the Monthly P&L Analysis on Internal Factory and Product Line level and other financial and non-financial KPIs used in the Monthly Financial Reviews with the Plant Management and Central Controlling Department;
Prepare and analyze various financial and non-financial KPIs for internal reviews with the Plant Management of the main Lighting Production Plant in Germany (Accruals calculation, Material Cost Analysis, Sales Analysis, Monthly Deviations on CC level, Headcount, Labor Efficiency, Non Quality Expenses, Reporting Rate, etc.);
Be in permanent connection with the Local Controlling Team to perform your roles and responsibilities as a support function, be involved in the creation of new Reporting Templates and various Overviews in order to assure transparency for the Plant Management;

Involvement in the main Controlling Processes like Planning, Forecast, Actual Reporting, of the Regional Manufacturing Engineering Operations Area, by acting like a business partner for the CC Owners.

Prepare the monthly P&L of the Operations area by highlighting deviations and performing comments for the Monthly Financial Reviews;
Calculation and tracking of Operational Charges of the Global Manufacturing Engineering Organization, in close contact with Transfer Pricing Department, Audit, Controlling Excellence and the Management Team;

Drive and steer different ad-hoc reporting requests, analysis and presentations used by the Local Controlling Department for reviews with the Plant Management/ Transfer Pricing Department/ Global Controlling Network.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in Economics;
2-3 years of professional experience in a multinational company in the Controlling or Finance area;
Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel is a must – pivot tables, large databases, various formulas);
SAP, Data Warehouse, SAP Analytics Could (advantage);
Advanced English spoken and written; German language is an advantage but not mandatory
