    Role Requirements:
    Education: Bachelor Degree - Electrical engineering

    Work Experience:
    Over 5 years of proven experience in the area of Solar PV/Wind Power plants and projects: development, constructions, operation and maintenance

    Technical Skills:
    Knowledge about the components/equipment of photovoltaic parks: photovoltaic panels, inverters, distribution boxes and about medium/high voltage equipment for connection to the system (switching cells, measuring cells, transformers, transformer stations)

    Computer skills:
    MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), AutoCAD userJob related skills: A passion for solar PV:Good knowledge in the field of workplace safety and health and emergency situations:Ability to meet deadlines and perform several tasks at the same timeCommunication skills: Verbal and non-verbal skilled communicator, emotional intelligenceSoft skills: Problem solving and decision-making;Ability to make decisions and learn new things;Energetic and enthusiastic personality, positive thinking, kindness and efficiencyForeign languages: English – B2 levelDriving license: Driving license Category B;Travel availability: available for wide travel

    Job Responsibilities:

    In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration between electrical companies/EPC, the park designer, and suppliers of various specific parts and equipment such as solar panels, inverters, distribution boxes, as well as medium and high voltage equipment.

    Your task will involve serving as a liaison among these parties to ensure seamless coordination and information exchange;Ensure the construction and assembly of PV Power plants is done in a secure manner through the establishment of a monitoring system;Provide assistance in conducting preliminary and commissioning tests after the execution and assembly works have been completed;Coordination and organization of PV power plant operation and routine maintenance;Ensure that technical documentation and technical instructions for operation and maintenance are archived;Provides technical assistance for maneuvers, repairs, replacements;Prepare technical documentation for maintenance and spare parts;Monitor the operation of PV Power plants using available devices and systems (eg:
    local SCADA, inverter SCADA)
