As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a vital role in implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and overseeing performance management processes.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide HR support to drive the development and growth of our client's business.

• Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR matters, including policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Participate in strategic HR initiatives to support organizational development and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related needs and support business objectives.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Stay up-to-date on labor and employment law changes and ensure compliance in all HR practices and policies.

• Proven experience in HR policies, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of labor and employment law regulations and best practices.
• Expertise in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to drive HR initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English language.
