• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing

• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Responsible for the complete materials flow :receiving, put away, feeding the lines ( picking/kanban),

• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts;

• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances;

• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on

• Monitors the daily KPIs; analyzes and implements corrective actions
• Supports the automation process and coordinating the annual inventory
• Warehouse staff activities of recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning,

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
• Responsible for the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters.
• Negotiation of rates with common carrier representatives.
• Responsible for all logistics operations and support across all distribution channels
• Audits the daily labor and billing reports.

• Good command of english language both spoken and written
• Excellent knowledge of SAP
• Materials Management Modules.
• University degree in Economics or Technical Sciences.
• 35 years relevant experience in warehouse management activities.
• Leadership and negotiation skills
