We are hiring a Product Designer for a leading real estate platform growing their Product & Technology hub in Bucharest, we're looking for a Product Designer who's passionate about creating simple, intuitive, and meaningful digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Turn user insights into elegant product experiences
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI
- Shape and evolve our design system
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams
- Use data + experimentation to refine and optimise designs
Skills & Experience required:
- Background in marketplaces, e‑commerce, or digital platforms
- 3+ years of Product Design / UX/UI experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work
- Experience with design systems
- Excellent UX thinking + proficiency in Figma
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing)
- Familiarity with component-based development and front-end frameworks
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/React
This is an on-site role in office based in Bucharest
