Job summary
The Accounts Payable Intern will support the AP team in processing supplier invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments.This internship provides hands-on experience in finance operations, exposure to ERP systems, and the opportunity to learn end-to-end AP processes within an international organization.
- Assist in the review and processing of supplier invoices under the supervision of the AP team.
- Help match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes (3-way match).
- Support data entry and validation activities in the company's ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
