Job summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team of our SWIFT/IRM/GFME Financial Messaging Platform.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for all activities related to questions / queries ING receives in the context of attestations (incl. Customer Security Programme), questionnaires from internal ING entities (e.g. for audits), and questionnaires from local regulators.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in product management (SWIFT, MT and MX messaging ISO20022) process optimisation experience with working in projects program general knowledge about risk stakeholders banking payments industry fluency English Dutch preferred
