Role Overview:
As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our plant-based product business in Romania.

This role requires a versatile individual who can wear multiple hats and efficiently manage various functions, including operations, sales, marketing, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Develop long-term business plans and objectives aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Evaluate market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the food or FMCG industry, preferably in plant-based products, especially chilled products and logistics.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Romanian Authorities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and Romanian.
