    Main objectives

    Architect scalable solutions across sales, claims, EHR, and marketing data while actively contributing to proposal building, bid preparation, and client presentations for global pharma clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implement scalable data architectures for sales, claims, EHR, and marketing datasets.
    • Lead BI/reporting platforms setup (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, AWS QuickSight, etc.).
    • Ensure data integration, governance, and compliance with pharma regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP).
    • Architect and deploy cloud-native applications (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP exposure is a plus).
    • Leverage AWS services (Glue, Redshift, S3, EMR, SageMaker, etc.) for ETL, analytics, and AI/ML use cases.
    • Enable real-world evidence (RWE) insights by integrating clinical, EHR, and claims data pipelines.
    • Partner with pharma clients to enable HCP 360, patient analytics, market access dashboards, and omnichannel insights.
    • Translate commercial and medical strategies into scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions.
    • Apply deep knowledge of IQVIA datasets, prescription data, formulary/claims data, and real-world evidence frameworks.
    • Build solution proposals, RFP responses, and bid preparation decks with strong storytelling.
    • Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution presentations.
    • Collaborate with business development teams to create winning proposals aligned with client pain points.
    • Mentor teams on best practices and modern architecture patterns.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders in pharma/biotech organizations.
    • Drive innovation by integrating GenAI/advanced analytics into pharma data solutions.

    Requirements

    • 15+ years in data architecture, BI, cloud, and application development.
    • Hands-on expertise in cloud services (preferably AWS) for data/analytics.
    • Strong experience inpharmadatasets sales, claims, EHR, RWE, and marketing.
    • Proven exposure to commercial excellence use cases (HCP segmentation, next-best-action, sales analytics).
    • Experience with various BI tools, cloud services, data integration tools.
    • Application Development: Python, Java, or .NET for data-heavy applications.
    • Proposal development, bid preparation, and solution presentation.
    • Excellent communication skills to engage with C-level pharma stakeholders.
    • Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
    • Strong understanding of pharma commercial operations, RWE, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Familiarity with IQVIA, Symphony, and other commercial/RWE data providers.
