As the Front Desk Officer at Questfield School, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and providing support to various stakeholders within the school community.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the school leadership team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.
Office Management:
Oversee the efficient operation of the school office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Student Records Management:
Maintain accurate student records, including enrollment, attendance, and academic records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication, responding to inquiries and disseminating information effectively.
Parent and Community Relations:
Foster positive relationships with parents and the wider community, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular checks and implementing appropriate measures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluency in English is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Knowledge of education administration and regulatory requirements (preferred)
