Project Manager
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects.

Your main responsibility is to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization, budget and timeline.
Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering successfully every project.
Responsibilities for Project Manager

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Developing detailed project plans to track progress
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications for Project Manager

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
2-5 years of project management and related experience
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Hands-on experience as a project manager in the technology sector
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in Jira Atlassian is preferred or any other PM tools

Experience or knowhow about the following technologies is preferred: Brand identification and protection solutions (marking, labeling, traceability, serialization), packaging solutions, intralogistics solutions (transport, handling, etc.), quality control and safety solutions (static and dynamic weighing, inspection and detection, vision inspection, sensors), automation solutions (design and execution of turnkey solutions, automation with robots, software), consumables and service.
