About The Role
As a Staff full-stack engineer with a backend focus you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of customer engagement As we work towards our vision you'll be instrumental in delivering timely actionable insights that drive business growth from day one.
- Description: Customer Data Platform building state-of-the-art visualizing relevant insights for businesses post-onboarding and guiding customer engagement across all touch-points.
- Responsibilities: Design implement and maintain backend services and APIs to support applications Build and optimize data storage solutions using Postgres ClickHouse and Elasticsearch ensure high performance and scalability Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers data scientists machine learning engineers deliver end-to-end solutions Monitor troubleshoot performance issues in distributed systems databases Write clean maintainable efficient code following best practices for backend development Participate in code reviews testing continuous integration efforts Ensure security scalability reliability of backend services Analyze improve system architecture focusing on performance bottlenecks scaling security Qualifications We Value Proven experience as a Backend Engineer with a focus on database design system architecture Strong expertise ClickHouse or similar columnar databases managing large-scale real-time analytical queries Hands-on experience Elasticsearch indexing searching large datasets Proficient Python Go Experience RESTful API design development Solid understanding distributed systems microservices architecture cloud infrastructure Experience performance tuning data modeling query optimization Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail Excellent communication teamwork abilities Conclusion Compensation includes base salary equity benefits Actual salaries based candidate-specific factors including experience skillset location applicable local pay requirements Currently hiring Romania US Canada.
