    Your Impact


    As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will be a subject matter expert, applying advanced knowledge to solve complex business issues.

    Your impact will be significant as you provide complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis, exercising a strong understanding of the business to guide strategic decision-making within a broad scope.

    Leading business initiatives and providing mentoring to analysts, you will play a key role in influencing multiple organizations.

    What The Role Offers


    • Financial Analysis Mastery: Provide complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, determining the best method for achieving objectives.
    • Strategic Consultation: Consult with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope, forecasting financial results.
    • Leadership in

    Business Initiatives:
    Lead business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.

    • Process Improvement &

    Policy Development:
    Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in the design.


    • Cross-Functional Representation: Represent the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes, interacting with directors and VPs.
    • Mentoring and Guidance: Provide mentoring and guidance to analysts, contributing to their professional development.
    What It Takes To Succeed


    • Education & Experience: First-level university degree with a focus on business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred. Typically, 7+ years of experience as a financial analyst, experienced in more than one finance function.
    • Financial Acumen: Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.
    • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
    • Communication & Influencing: Excellent communication and influencing skills, superior teamwork skills, and strong business acumen.
    • Project Management: Good project management skills.
