    Software Engineering – FinStarter Graduate Program (Romania)


    Finastra is one of the worlds' largest fintech company and we're currently hiring aspiring Software Engineers to join our FinStarter Graduate Program.

    You'll be supported with mentorship and training throughout the program to help guide your career development and while you take on various challenges you will get to work with awesome people in a highly collaborative environment.

    The Finstarter Graduate program is a 2-year program with 12 months rotation, which will give you the opportunity to learn different technologies and products we are working with.

    What you'll do

    Responsibilities


    You'll be supporting our Fusion Risk product which is a banking risk and compliance solution that allows our customers to conduct risk analysis.

    You'll work on the latest technologies to help our banking customers Treasury & Capital Markets division to transform their technology, simplify their system architecture and streamline their operating model to support growth, lower risk and optimize costs.


    Your main responsibilities will be:

    • Support the enhancement of the Fusion Risk solution from design to deployment in collaboration with integration teams and product owners
    • Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and Agile ceremonies and collaborate with other teams to deliver solutions
    • Front and back-end integration testing and deployment in integration and Cloud environments
    • Contribute to the migration of the tech stack
    • Fix critical client defects reported from Production
    What You'll Need


    • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business IT or related subject
    • Good knowledge of C++, Java, HTML5 or SQL
    • Strong customer focus skills with the ability communicate fluently in English
    • Interest in learning and growing your technical and business skills
