Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from ideation to execution, crafting unique and trendsetting fashion collections.
Utilize your graphic design expertise to develop captivating prints, patterns, and visual elements for clothing and accessories.
Collaborate closely with the design team to create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.

Stay ahead of the curve by researching fashion trends, colors, and fabric innovations to infuse fresh ideas into our designs.

Conceptualize and design eye-catching marketing materials, social media graphics, and promotional campaigns.
Participate in cross-functional collaborations, ensuring seamless project execution and on-time delivery.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Maintain adherence to quality standards, brand guidelines, and customer preferences across all design elements.
Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Contribute to the growth and development of our brand by sharing your creative insights and innovative ideas.


Requirements:
Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Expertise in garment construction, textiles, and production processes, demonstrating a thorough understanding of fashion design.
A visionary with a flair for aesthetics, color, and composition, possessing the ability to create trendsetting designs.
Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities, ensuring efficient project handling and timely deliverables.
Passion for staying informed about the latest fashion trends, innovative techniques, and industry developments.

Preferred:
A degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related fields, or equivalent industry experience.
