OBJECTIVES OF THE POST
Responsible for all operational, administrative, statistical and invoicing aspects within the Road Logistic department.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Updating and permanent maintenance of the database of carriers;
Monitoring the activity of carriers based on quantitative and qualitative performance indicators;
Monitoring, reporting and operation in specific systems of the Distribution activity/process;
Planning deliveries/collections on distribution trucks;
Establishing the order/priorities of the trucks for loading/unloading depending on the distance, the specifics of the delivery/customer;
Taking transport orders from internal or external clients;
Updating statuses in the case of deliveries/collections of goods;
Coordinates and controls the activity of delivering products to the customer, in optimal conditions in terms of quality, quantity and delivery time;
Management and monitoring of product returns, identifying the causes of their occurrence;
Operation/introduction into the electronic system (TMS – Transport Management System) of Carrier specific data;
Monitoring of the activity using specific tools of the direct transport cost at the level of race, truck, carrier at the level of day/week/month;
Management of the flow of documents specific to the department (transport documents, carrier invoices, etc.);
Coordination of delivery/collector drivers;
Ensuring the nationally agreed performance standard regarding the activity of distribution drivers (the type of trucks used and their equipment, the fulfillment of the objective regarding the timely delivery/collection of goods);
Analysis, identification and implementation of corrective measures to improve the activity of the department and/or carriers;


REQUIREMENTS:

Professional experience:
min. 3 years in a similar position;

Education:
min. secondary education graduates;

Experience in the field of Transport/Distribution;

PC operating skills:
Excel, Word, Outlook, computer programs for route planning;

English language:
intermediate level;

Able to adapt to the personality of customers/drivers;
The ability to work with documents and to comply with oral and written instructions;
Ethical behavior and professionalism, responsible, punctual;
Able to solve problems with initiative, focused and distributive attention.
