Our Technical Assistance Center provides second/ third level technical support on aworldwide basis via phone, email, web and remote access to Huawei customers, partners, account teams, and other TAC engineers through independent troubleshooting & debugging product problems.

Along with the opportunity to grow and expand your technical knowledge and having access to products in a laboratory environment, we are looking for motivated candidates to join us as TAC Engineers in Bucharest/ Timisoara, on various product lines, such as: Network, IT, Wireless.

TAC OSS Engineer

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware or software problems, identify root cause and provide an effective solution within contractual SLA time;
Provide support through remote access or any online meeting/phone;
Analyze and provide RCA (root cause analysis) based on log analysis and testing;
Provide Hardware support for the field technicians;
Performing network upgrades/ updates in accordance with the Change Management process;
Use trouble ticketing system for tracking customer interactions and fault analysis.

Requirements

Minimum experience in IT or Telecom field of 2 years;
University graduate is a must;
Knowledge of Linux/Unix;
Database knowledge (Oracle, Gauss DB etc.);
Networking knowledge (CCNA or any equivalent degree is ok);
IT knowledge (hardware and software);
Recommended but not necessary knowledge regarding Huawei products (OceanStor 5000 OceanStor, Kunpeng server architecture, Fusion Sphere, TaiShan server, RH 22xx server family, iManager U2020, MAE, NCE);
Good communication skills;
English language is mandatory.
