About Irresistible Me:
Founded in 2012 in New York, Irresistible Me is a fast-growing e-commerce company specialized in hair products. We design, manufacture and sell high-quality hair extensions, wigs, and accessories to ourclients around the world.
We have offices in New York, Paris, and Cluj.
About the position:
Irresistible Me is currently looking for its next Supply Chain manager, which will lead a team of 3 and oversee the following:
Inventory & Dropshipping Management:
ensuring that inventory levels are always optimal, through precise demand forecasting and rigorous procurement.
Inbound Shipping Management:
handling inventory deliveries from our manufacturers is Asia to our warehouse in New Jersey (working with forwarders and customs).
Outbound Shipping & 3PLRelationship Management:
working closely with our fulfillment partner in NJ to ensure fast, reliable and cost-efficient product deliveries to our clients (includes returns and exchanges management).
Manufacturers Sourcing & Management:
leading the efforts in constantly improving the collaboration with current partners and finding new ones.
Quality Control:
working closely with manufacturers and third-party quality inspectors to ensure consistent quality in all our products.
Qualifications:
Experience in supply chain.
Proactive, collaborative, and very rigorous.
Good written and spoken English.
Good excel skills, number-focused.
Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
