What you will do in this role 

As a Content Moderator with Lithuanian & English on our team, you will: 

• Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
• Moderate interactions (voice, email or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
• Maintain a high-quality service while interacting with the customer
• Ensure super quality and secure interactions on social media
• Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients

Your qualifications

• Have availability to work from our office in Bucharest
