Requirements:
Ability to work independently by setting own deadlines and priorities

1+ years IT Support

Knowledge in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DHCP, File Server, DNS, Group Policy

Microsoft O365 knowledge

Basic network understanding

Good level of speaking and writing in English is a must

Experience working with Service Now or a similar platform

Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills

Ability to support users and show a positive attitude

Willing to learn and grow professionally

Ability to be a team player and work together with other colleagues

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

Log your day-to-day activity in Service Now by working with tickets, requests, change requests and tasks.

Supporting the day-to-day business users' activities including printer configurations, password resets, access permissions, folder permissions, software installs and upgrades.

Create new accounts for users in different various applications.

Manages the employees' equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, monitors, peripherals etc.).

Configure new laptops and desktops for users

Investigate down devices and address the issue to the rightful teams.

Working hours are 8:00 – 17:00 with one hour lunch break.

Fix wage + lunch tickets + on call allowance (Mon – Friday:30, Saturday 06:00 – 13:00)
