Job summary
The HVAC General Foreman assists the Superintendent by providing input to identify key success factors for the HVAC crew.This role provides leadership to create the organizational structure and processes required to fully execute HVAC mechanical services,
ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
The HVAC General Foreman directs the activities of HVAC mechanics who install, service,
and repair environmental-control systems and other related commercial equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum of 10 years of HVAC experience;
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Technician Certification required.
