    The role

    As HR Admin & Analyst or HR Admin & Junior HRBP, you will play a central role in supporting the HR function by combining administrative accuracy with a strategic understanding of business needs. You will ensure smooth and compliant HR operations, contribute to organizational development through data insights, and collaborate closely with managers to support their teams effectively. This role offers excellent development opportunities within an international and high-performance environment.

    Key accountabilities

    ·  Provide end-to-end support in HR administrative processes: employment contracts, addendums, employee records, and related documentation.

    ·  Maintain strong communication and collaboration with managers and internal stakeholders to understand HR needs and ensure operational alignment.

    ·  Prepare, update and analyze various HR reports (e.g. headcount, attrition, absenteeism, cost reports) to support decision-making processes.

    ·  Support the implementation of HR processes and tools (performance management, onboarding, internal communication, training etc.).

    ·  Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal HR policies.

    ·  Act as a liaison between HR and the business, facilitating efficient and people-centered support.

    Skills & experience

    • University degree
    • 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role (HR Admin, HR Generalist, Junior HRBP).
    • Solid understanding of Romanian labor legislation and HR operations.
    • Diploma of Inspector Resurse Umane – considered a strong advantage.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
    • Advanced English – written and spoken.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
    • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset.
    • Team-oriented, flexible, analytical, and solution-driven.
