    The Talent Sourcer manages the first stage of the recruitment process after project kick-off: market mapping (an understanding of where talent is in the market), candidate data sourcing across a multitude of platforms (job boards, internal resources, LinkedIn), and contact information identification.

    May also handle, when experienced enough, initial contact and pre-screenings.

    He or she implements the appropriate strategy to build a strong candidate pipeline:

    Work together with Recruitment Consultants to successfully fill requisitions;
    Market mapping and subsequent sourcing efforts ;
    Owns initial candidate contact together with the Recruitment Consultant, strives to build a compelling written message or speech, and achieves high response and conversion rates;
    Understands and clearly communicates client company and job value propositions;
    May handle candidate pre-screenings;
    Runs candidate funnel simulations, understands conversions, and is not taken aback by conversion of 50 candidates identified and contacted to 1 candidate placed;
    Aims to be highly responsive and supports consultants when needed;
    Continuously provides feedback across all stages of the recruitment process, including proactive feedback to candidates who are not shortlisted;
    Generates progress reports with data as per consultant's and client's requirements;

    Tackles challenges with enthusiasm (an inquisitive mind always trying to build a better understanding of the market they play in).

    Minimum requirements:
    Fluent in English and Romanian;
