Ford Otosan Craiova – Customs Team Senior Coordinator
Prohuman Craiova is recruiting for our client Ford Otosan Craiova – Customs Team Senior Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:
The role helps the team to grow and develop in their area of expertise and ensure alignment on the "how" of the work they perform during operations


Coordinator is responsible for:

• Support for customs matters and general support of customs planing, Customs support for vehicle routing planning for Ford Otosan Romania & Ford Otosan Türkiye and Ford Europe,
• Compliance advice,
• Audit support, (Authorised Economic Operator (AEO), Customs Trade Partnership Againist Terorism (C-TPAT),Anti Bribery and so on.)
• Origin management of goods,
• Intra-Stat reporting
• Custom Broker Management

Main Responsibilities include, but are not limited:

• Customs clearance support for production, non-production material including racks, prototype material and prototype vehicle imports.
• Customs clearance support for export of vehicles, engines, parts, components, spare parts, prototype material, prototype vehicles, nonproduction material including racks.
• Customs broker services for import and export clearance as well as transit procedures and postBrexit handling
• Support for special customs procedures (Enduse reporting)
• Tariff classification of vehicles, parts, components and other goods.
• Supplier solicitation and origin calculation of vehicles and components
• AEO monitoring reconciliation of Ford Otosan Romania import entries with accounts payable records.
• Customs inspections and other regulatory audit support.
• Provision of import data for F-Gas report to SE&SE, mainly for prototype vehicles
• Advice on new customs legislation

Requirements:
Engineering or Echonomic or Social faculty degree;
Experience of working within a customs, logistics,international trade, technical, production or planning production department
Experience in leading, coaching, and developing people and teams.
Experienced in Automotive Industry.
Good written and oral English language skills;
