Job summary
Managing the workforce in terms of quality and quantity; proposing salary and bonus adjustments Responsibility for the P&L and Budget Participating and decision body together with Product Management for commercial agreements reviewing them and issuing invoices Structuring of the site and logistics processes and allocate resources between warehouses and organizing and conducting regular team meetings Approve and implement the optimization received from Continuous Improvement Manager Frequent meetings with customers and providing KPI on time In charge of maintaining authorization and all safety instructions are executed Working together with other departments to provide proper infrastructure and equipment Leading client visits
