Description

Main responsibilities:
Identify customers' needs, analyze and solve problems and promoting DHL core products combined with tailor made solutions.
Meet individual targets by developing existing and gaining new customers.
Increase profitability whilst acquiring new business.
Ensure sales activities are effectively planned to make a best use of time and resources.
Prepare all reports and statistics of activities with the required accuracy and timeframe.

Skills & experience

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in DHL (mandatory)
Customer oriented
Excellent communication and telephone skills (spoken & written)
Understanding of business principles
Very organized and positive minded

Initiative and adaptability
Analytical thinking
Fluency in English and Romanian (spoken & written)
