Your Role

Transition Support:
Lead end-to-end transition planning and execution for new business processes, systems, or organizational changes;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess readiness, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies;
Develop and implement transition frameworks, governance models, and communication plans;
Monitor transition KPIs and ensure timely reporting to leadership.
Training Academy Portfolio Management:
Oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs aligned with organizational goals;
Manage the lifecycle of learning initiatives including onboarding, upskilling, leadership development, and compliance training;
Partner with SMEs and external vendors to curate high-impact learning content;
Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and ensure user engagement and satisfaction;
Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders.
Workflow Optimization:
Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and automation;
Implement best practices in project management, documentation, and knowledge transfer;
Ensure alignment of training and transition activities with business objectives and operational excellence.

Your Profile

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, HR, Organizational Development, or related field;
10+ years of experience in transition management, training, or organizational development;
Proven track record in managing large-scale transitions and training portfolios;
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Proficiency in workflow tools and learning platforms.
