Graduate MEP engineer

Role accountabilities:

Do engineering design of water distribution (cold, hot, industrial, etc), wastewater distribution and rainwater distribution under the supervision of an experienced engineer and has some knowledge about equipment and systems to be used (grease separators, tanks, pumps, etc.)

Do engineering design of ventilation, heating and colling installations under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
Do engineering design of lighting, building electrical installations under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
Do sketches, 3D modeling, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings.
Build proficiency in REVIT and other software used in the design process.
Preparing all the necessary drawings for the specific phase of projects (report, 2D plans, schematics, sections).


Qualifications & Experience:

Mandatory:
Bachelor's Degree in Building services.
Strong knowledge of design software (., AutoCAD)
Candidate to have problem solving skills, creativity, to show proactivity and analytical skills.
Good planning, organizational, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position;
To show interest in personal and professional growth, in a challenging, rewarding, and competitive professional environment.
Strong English language skills.


Nice to have:
Master's degree in building services.
Knowledge of Revit MEP.
Familiar with national norms and standards related to Public Health but also international ones.
Candidate to show out-of-the box thinking in order to identify any opportunities for automation or innovation.
Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
French language skills


Key attributes:
Capable of working within a team.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are important for collaborating with clients, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
