    Graduate Development Programme


    Graduate Development Programme (GDP) gives you an in-depth look at our business as a whole, while immersing you in real roles within a functional area of the business to accelerate the career of young talents at Reckitt. You will gain valuable experience through proper mentoring, taking risks, and working in a dynamic environment.

    This talent program is designed to unlock the potential of our next generation of leaders. It is a great opportunity for you to develop professionally and become a potential future manager.

    We will officially welcome our GDP new joiners on the 3rd of June 2024.

    About the role


    As a Graduate, you will have a chance to join a fast-track 18-24 months (full-time), cross-function program for young talents with regional cooperation and dedicated regional development program, having the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the world's most leading consumer products. It will enable you to gain an extensive view of the business and speed up your career

    During the program, you will go through at least 2 rotations between departments within the function: Sales Modern Trade & Trade Marketing

    You will spend your first rotation as a specialist in one of those departments, and then you will rotate to another team, having the chance to get to know the business from the few perspectives.
    Depending on the department, you will have end-to-end responsibility for a particular activity, you will be involved from day one and will be fully integrated as part of our team. You will get the chance to plan a strategy for the rotation, agree your plans with the manager and then execute them. The focus will be on 'learning through doing' but with the support and mentoring of our experienced team.

    Your responsibilities


    Developing, selling, implementing and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals and responsibility for achieving strategic objectives per customer

    Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving and merchandising

    Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation

    Continuous improvement in the management of the accounts by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement and expertise in the management of categories - serving as a trusted business advisor

    Working in close partnership with the marketing and trade marketing functions to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy

    Building long term partnership with the customers

    The experience we're looking for


    Bachelor or Master Graduate or a final year student at university/college

    Preferably already bringing some experience (internship, student organization, etc.), FMCG nice to have

    MS Office proficiency

    Fluent English and Romanian

    Ready to work in full-time (40h per week) and start on June 3rd, 2024

    Willing to move and grow between business functions

    Eager to develop, open-minded, ready to grow internationally, purpose-driven
