Job summary
The Technical Program Manager will plan and coordinate activities around IT Disaster Recovery plans. They will capture learnings and translate them into follow-up actions for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Define projects; requirements gathering, write detailed functional and test specifications, coordinate efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new feature sets
- Work closely with Product Managers to define the roadmap for key projects that contribute to the modernization of our platforms
- Lead teams through transition from ideation to execution
