We're on the lookout for talented individuals to join our client's team located in Drobeta Turnu Severin, for a full-time, on-site position.

As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in improving process efficiency and productivity through the implementation of Lean principles and methodologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Lean strategies, conducting workshops and projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

• Develop procedures, work instructions, technical specifications, and forms to standardize processes.
• Implement Lean-Kaizen principles and methodologies through planning and conducting workshops and Kaizen projects.
• Develop Value Stream Maps (VSM) to identify process losses and apply methods to balance manufacturing lines.
• Establish process improvement plans and performance indicators in collaboration with department heads.
• Monitor fluctuations and propose improvements for all workstations.
• Develop visual management systems for processes.
• Monitor the progress of continuous improvement projects and track results after project implementation.
• Design and organize manufacturing flows to streamline processes and reduce losses.
• Apply continuous improvement methods such as Lean Manufacturing to enhance quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.

• Strong background in process design and process engineering, a minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in process control techniques and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of CAD software is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in English language.
