The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and managing marketing content across digital and owned channels in alignment with brand guidelines and business objectivesResponsibilities
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms website SEO-driven editorial content CRM communications B2B marketing materials adapt content to channel-specific requirements ensure consistency with brand identity tone of voice quality standards prepare pass non-collectible debtors to the litigation third party team edit proofread optimize content prior to publication
- Contribute develop execute the editorial calendar coordinate content delivery internal external partners creative production manage updates revisions campaign timelines priorities day-to-day community interactions social media platforms monitor conversations audience feedback maintain consistent high-quality brand presence public digital spaces monitor performance platform analytics track key engagement reach indicators support continuous improvement insights data
