- Design & implement custom ITSM solutions (ITIL, COBIT, ISO
- Deep expertise in ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Helix/Remedy).
- Understanding business requirements and their technical implementation
- Providing client-facing consulting and services in line with the expected outcome
- Working in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Working on several projects at the same time
- Be a trusted advisor for your customers
- Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in Computer science or related area of study
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Hands-on experience in implementing Service Management Automation Technologies on-premises and cloud
- Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python, Bash, SQL, Java, or others)
- Solid infrastructure skills: Linux, Databases, Networks
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms, i.e. Azure or AWS, and Containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, or similar)
- ITIL Certification and knowledge of ITIL governance and control processes are required.
- Fluency in English language
