We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Director of Operations, to join our team.

As the Deputy Director of Operations, you will play a role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Operations in developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives;
Oversee and manage the daily operations of various departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness;
Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements;
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and make data-driven decisions;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field;
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a production environment;
Previous experience in interdepartmental projects to streamline processes/develop (Technical, Quality);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficient in using technology and software applications related to operations management;
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
