Top Responsibilities:
Maintaining and developing relationships with internal clients in order to diagnose needs and recommend relevant solutions for business needs.
Proactively engaging with the business on people topics affecting employee engagement, retention, succession planning,
Making use of global solutions and create local ones in the areas of Leadership Development, Engagement, talent development.
Partner business in change management processes (structure changes, new policy/process implementation)
Coordinating HR C&B processes for the whole organization in the country, eg:
Compensation Review, rewarding, position evaluation & benefits, including applicable policies. Support other HRBPs in these areas for their assigned business areas.
Acting as C&B owner for the respective functions/businesses (OP planning, bonus and increment, salary analysis, salary approvals, promotions).
Implementing HR strategies, activities & processes for the assigned business eg.
in the areas of Talent Management, Succession, Performance Management, employment conditions changes, talent acquisition (all done in collaboration with experts from these areas).
Participating in international projects focused on HR simplification, harmonization & digitalization as well as leadership development.Constant close cooperation with HR Centers of Competence (eg, Compensation, Benefits, Systems & Solutions, Talent Acquisition, etc.)
Ensuring & coordinate engaging communication on HR Processes to Managers & Employees.
Monitor key metrics and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
Min 5 years' experience in HR, preferably in an international environment with strong Compensation & Benefits, benchmarking interest & experience
Ability to build trusted collaboration within HR team and the whole organization
Ability to build recommendations of solutions based on needs & own ideas
Ability to present "Can do" attitude and challenge approaches that do not lead the organization in the strategic directions
Strong accountability with good project management skills
Ability to act independently within a frame and represent one voice of the HR Team
University degree, preferably in Economics/ Psychology/Human Resources
Good labor legislation knowledge
Payroll experience
HR operation experience
Advanced Excel skills
English - advanced level
