Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Basic SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Align with Global team on customer journey and survey design blueprints and set up inner loop process with local entity
Implementation of local content into CMS
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Oversee the social media strategy for the company. Manage day-to-day messaging and posts on social media platforms on behalf of the company
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Optimize digital assets (eg. websites, social platforms, apps) on a basis of continuous improvement and in line with company marketing objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and apps, and to optimize user experience
Roll out any new digital projects
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Native Romanian speaker (exceptional written and oral communication skills)
Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM and marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Optimize apps, landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
Knowledge about current Digital Marketing landscape (Tools and processes for E-Mail and Marketing Automation)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
